Food Quality is very good as Chef Priya was excellent.

When i had sent the advance long time back, they went on asking me when i will be checking in & they were not confirming my accomodation. Even after long talks & WA msgs, they found out I had paid then their MD confirmed our accomodation. The reception staffs does not understand English. In reception, they need to have staffs who can talk at leadt in English at least. They call this Heritage which is a misnomer. This hotel is a new building.

The people there are excellent and resource full. The kitchen manager Priya was excellent. The food served for breakfast was simple superb.
