Le Blanc Inn & Suites

Like other review said the wall is very thin. I could hear next room people talking and the traffic. To me this place is like a family owned inn with the big families living in. So in the morning, family members were talking in front of my room laughing. During the night, the family will occupied the dog walking area eating and drinking. Pillow are too tall. I barely sleep through the whole night. If I knew these details, I would rather pay more and get a quiet place.

I have service dogs that they charged for even after showing documents 3 times aren’t uniformed about there information allowed my and my husbands clothes to be damaged in there Landry area after I had to get quarters because they don’t offer any I was assaulted by a guess and her daughters no cops were called and it was swipe away as I’m sorry asked for sheets never got them the female was nice and did as much as she could the night guy was professional but didn’t assess the situation making me feel unsafe slinging with wasting 40 dollars to wash clothes for nothing I won’t be recommending or coming back they also have roaches

This place is horrible! When we arrive and got to our room the smell was horrific! We weren’t even able to turn the lights on, we called the front desk to be moved to a different room and when we got to that room we couldn’t decide which one was worse the smell or the cockroaches!! I would never recommend this place to anybody and with that said we will be calling the city to notify them how filthy that places!!

The guy was really nice my brother and sister in Law were treated very well and the man was very friendly too I as well when he came too check us out. Definitely will come back. Thank you so much after staying in a bad hotel the previous night this was a great experience.

The property didnt look too bad. We had room 306, which was to the far back corner of the property, and blocked by the stairwell that faced our door. As we walked up to the room we could hear a couple arguing as they were seated on the steps in front of our room door. We weren't sure if they were guests or not. It was a bit suspicious cause they had their bags on them, smoking right by our door, then looked at us as if we were intruding. The door to our room looked pretty banged up, as if someone tried to pry the door open. The interior of the room looked like it may have been remodeled not too long ago, and was pretty big. It didnt look too bad, aside from the bad odor it had. I wouldn't say it was dirty at first glance, but could definitely use a deep cleaning. Not sure why, but he bathroom was HUGE. There was noise and activity coming from other rooms, and we soon realized this hotel was also housing individuals and families long term. We only stayed here because we needed a place to stay for the night while we were in the area. Check-in was easy and the guy was friendly. Overall, I would only recommend this place if you're in a pinch.

It was okay, the neighborhood was ok, there was a lot of noise from people hanging out in front of my room. Overall it was fine for one night.

The studio suites have dishes and cups and everything you need for a home cooked meal

Definitely not what was expected. They said they don’t have individual room keys and we had to have the front desk let us in our room each time we left. We did not feel safe leaving our belongings in the room when we left. There was an unknown sticky substance on the floor around the fridge, the fridge itself was not cleaned. Whole room smelled like my grandmas old dusty 86 Buick full of birds, thankfully I brought my own air freshener. Pictures of the hotel in the ad must’ve been taking years ago because they were not accurate. Place let’s shady individuals with motel vouchers stay here. Never staying here again. Not worth the price

The whole place was horrible, based by the pictures online it's very misleading. The worst placed I've ever stayed at. Check-in was pointless the moment I walked in. So, there Internet system was down so no key card were issued upon check-in and only the Frontdesk Agent can unlock/open the door? What! So, I asked only you having access to my personal belonging having entry access to my room door? Very questionable! And only cash deposit cause there ATM/Debit card reader was connected to their internet system. After the check-in process, all I had was one question which was about the parking. I asked "How does the parking spots work around here?" His response was you can park anywhere. I said "Okay, cool, so 1st come 1st serve, Right? He said "Yeah pretty much anywhere." The moment I walked out of the office, out and drove to park, already an issue accrued once, I parked. And He literally stood there watching the whole incident and didn't say anything, not one word to the other guest/residents staying there, talking about that spot is reserved/for an actual residents there, like the parking spot had a cone and everything. Booked 3 rooms and all 3 were horrible/dirty. A/C literally blowing in your face cause the bed is that closet to it. Like it was literally ridiculous, I arrived around 11pm-ish coming from Vegas to rest, for our next event in the morning which was coming to My Closet Family member Funeral and to get greet the way I got greeted was upmost HORRIBLE. KEEP AWAY!
