Only redeeming thing was that the office staff was nice (though they were totally unable to do anything to help when presented with problems) The room was on the smaller side and the bathroom was HUGE. Though the bathroom LOOKED nice it wasn’t in great repair and there were spiders and dust in the window. I traveled with my 3 small children and dog; when I booked it they told me it was $25 to add the dog, when we arrived there was a sign saying $20 for dog yet I was charged $35. I pointed out the inconsistency and was told there was nothing they could do “we had to raise our rates.” I brought it up again in the morning, the receptionist called the manager and said “they may put it back on your card.” The room was loud and bright even at midnight and smoke from the smoking area seeped through the walls. There appeared to be people living out of their car in the parking lot and more living in the hotel rooms. My daughter laid down on the sheets and immediately broke out in hives, I don’t entirely blame the hotel for that, I imagine she’s sensitive to their laundry detergent but it was a big bummer.

They do not have towels-room smelled like smoke-parking is very limited-owner is very rude do not go here

I booked through Expedia for a two bed room and they gave me a room with only one bed. I had a total of 3 guest and that forced me to have to get another room. Then when I turned on the light, there was a cockroach I had to kill bu the sink. And to top it off, there were no towels in the room. I wanted to shower after being on the road for 5 hours. It was overall a bad experience.

After cheking in, the tv did not work, i notify the desk and they came and fix it. We got the room with the kitchen, si we can cook a meal; but the electric stove took a while and did not heat up very well even at high temperature, the bathroom sink water drain very slow, the water pressure in the shower was ridicules very low and the hot water was just a bit warm all of the time. Employees were friendly but the room Not worth the amount of money paid for two nghts.

We had no hot water for the entire 2 night stay. When we requested a reduction in our rate and / or refund of one night it was denied. Will never stay there again. They do not appreciate return business.

The hotel & check in front desk staff were pretty nice, I just hated the fact that I was giving & payed around 5 different prices each day, then the last day I stayed they charged me the mist outrageous price, with no clear explanation..the only thing that was said was oh did they tell u about the new rate we're charging everyone..& the other reasons for the change in price were also unclear, just told me whatever assuming I was going to believe in them. They are really about their pockets instead of guest..the maids were rude, always looking & speaking "Spanish"..not knowing I passed my Spanish class with a 94%, & my daughter having a 4.0 gpa with Spanish being one of her avid classes😄..they never changed the towels, of bed linen, not seen if we needed toilet paper or just anything..but as soon as the front desk manager came they were all smiles & fake hi's...totally not worth the price, & not to mention the room was for someone with disabilities..& what was paid for & shown online was nothing what we got including the kitchenette that was guaranteed..wasn't told until the last night that they only had 4 & they are always occupied because people stay for months, well considering I have children & I paid for it, don't u think I was intending & in need of staying for months! To put the icing on the cake my vehicle was broken into my windows were popped out every morning, then 2 days before we left my driver door was opened! All the other guest are drug attics with abused kids

I was a little disappointed that the room we had ordered wasn't available we ordered a room with a king size but they only had a room with 2 full sized beds available which we had to pay the same for , other than that I was happy with the room

Good place to stay if you are on a budget. Pros: Free on site parking, good location, friendly staff, nice patio area, and no smoking in rooms Cons: old furniture, very thin walls, and could use better cleaning

It was very clean and perfect. Definitely recommend staying here again
