Hostellerie de la Porte Bellon

Een heel mooi hotel midden in het prachtige historische centrum, en heel rustig ondanks open raam aan de straatkant. Geen ac in de kamer en dat is jammer. Ook is de kamer wat klein maar net groot genoeg. Badkamer heel fraai en nieuw. Erg aardig personeel. Geweldig ontbijt, niet zo vanzelfsprekend in Frankrijk.

Sfeervol hotel in oud straatje, vlakbij/in het centrum. Achter het hotel is een verzorgde tuin met terras, waar je een heerlijk glas wijn kunt bestellen. Goede bedden! We zijn zeer tevreden en we komen zeker terug op doorreis. Senlis ligt vlakbij de A1.

C'est un établissement que nous connaissons bien maintenant. L'accueil est toujours trés chaleureux. Son emplacement est idéal dans Senlis. Le cadre est reposant et les chambres supérieures sont spacieuses et très confortables. Le restaurant possède une magnifique terrasse avec comme décor la nature et le toit de la cathédrale (une véritable carte postale) Il sert des mets de qualités avec tes assiettes gourmandes et généreuses. Très bon rapport qualité /prix. Nous remercions toute l'équipe d'avoir contribué à un excellent week-end.

We loved this hotel and would certainly stay there again. The service was wonderful, the family apartment large and clean and the food superb. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great restaurant - we had a lovely well earned meal after a days’ riding with equally great wine (recommended by the team). Rooms quite small but a lovely hotel in a very accessible area!

The hotel locates in the centre of Senlis, a town with over 2000 years of history. Its location is ideally situated for an easy walk on cobble streets to the town center. The building is old and give you an strong sense of history as you go up along the spiral staircase. We had dinner in the hotels restaurant in the open airspace outside of it, joined by the locals who were all dressed up and came in small and big groups, we had a wonderful dinner in the light breeze of the early evening. The owner, who is the fourth generation of the hotel, has made sure to greet us on arrival and say good-bye when we leave, which is a nice gesture.

Staff was lovely, restaurant amazing, comply beds, and a beautiful town close to CDG.

It is a lovely hotel, the room was specious, the view to the garden was lovely too.

We needed a place to stay that wasn't too far from the airport, as we had an early-ish flight (and airport hotels are not our thing). This hotel was perfect for that. It's a charming hotel with friendly staff and nice rooms. The only little minus was the lack of elevator, so we had to lug our luggage up the winding stairs to the 2nd floor (US: third floor). I do suspect that the room will get really hot in the height of summer though as it's under the roof and there's no AC. But it was fine for us even thought it was 20C+.

I came as a guide for a group of 23. All group very happy with food location and sleeping condition. Next to A1. Beautiful town centre near hotel 5 mins from cathedral. Good selection of Shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Beautiful charming hotel with modern classic feel. Beautiful patio. INCREDIBLE FOOD!!, Impossible to describe so different and tasty it was. 14th century wine cellar. Lovely garden terrace. Very kind and helpful staff. There is nothing they would not do to help out such as find iron kettle or fan, change table arrangement, do extra plate, organise à drink party in cellar.
