very small toilets and bathrooms. Very noisy room on the back side of the hotel due to air conditioning and ventilation systems

The clearness and friendliness of the staff.

The bathroom does not have a shower glass and a countertop on the sink area. It needs to be updated. It was hard to take a shower and do not splash water around the entire floor. Also, there is no area to place my toiletries.

The location of the Orrington is excellent but the star of the Orrington is delfinitely its staff. They were friendly, helpful and handled busy and problem situations with grace and solutions. Gotta love the midwest!
