Sipanya Guesthouse

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le personnel de l'hôtel est vraiment très agréable et nous a beaucoup aidé. Ils sont venus nous chercher à 8h du matin au terminal de bus et nous ont permis de faire directement le check-in. La chambre était confortable et calme. Nous avons ensuite pu faire un tour de la plaine des jarres avec Souk, l'un des guides de l'hôtel. Il parle très bien anglais et on sent qu'il est passionné par son métier, nous avons appris beaucoup de choses et avons pu beaucoup échanger avec lui. L'hôtel nous a également aidé dans la réservation d'un bus pour le Vietnam (pour Vinh) et nous ont déposé au point de rendez-vous alors qu'il était 5h du matin. Vraiment une très bonne expérience, je recommande vivement.

Я бы даже не назвала этот объект гестхаузом, мини-отель, скорее. На стойке рецепшен молодой человек очень хорошо говорит на английском, участвовал в переписке на Букинге. Номера просторные. Белье чистое. Номера оборудованы всем необходимым. Очень хороший завтрак, быстрое обслуживание при этом.

В номере было достаточно прохладно, но на тепло кондиционеры включить не удалось. При бронировании мы специально указали, что один из номеров должен быть трехместным с раздельными кроватями. В результате нам предоставили номер в одной двухспальной и одной односпальной кроватями. Если в отеле нет соответствующего номера, значит, не нужно указывать его в визитке, цена на семейный номер и трехместный все же отличается.

Der angegebene Balkon ist der Aussenzugang zu den Zimmern. Alles extrem hellhörig, man hört jedes Wort und sonstiges vom Nachbarzimmer

2 nuits mi mars 2026. Chambre double 306, à l'étage, assez grande, ventilateur, climatisation, table, chaise bancale, meuble pour poser votre bagage, penderie. Salle de bain de taille correcte. Personnel sympathique, receptioniste gentil et serviable.

La literie est particulièrement dure: aussi bien le matelas que les oreillers. Au réveil, douleurs au dos et à la nuque. Douche: minuscule pommeau de douche, plutot une sorte de sprinkler, eau à peine chaude, il fallait à peine ouvrir le robinet pour avoir un peu d' eau chaude. Signalé à la réception. Autre point: la guesthouse est située au delà de l' ancien espace dédié au marché de nuit. Aujourd'hui, c'est un vaste terrain vague. De jour, cela n' est pas un problème mais la nuit tombée, quantité de chiens errants et individus ..... on peut ne pas se sentir très à l' aise dans un tel environnement.

The guesthouse booked me a full day tour with Souk, whose English is very good. He was very knowledgable and helpful. Communication with the guesthouse was very good altogether, which I appreciated.

I only think of using Booking.com as a platform to book accommodation and there was not much choice. I would have preferred a higher level of comfort but for the price I paid I was very happy.

We are very happy with the stay at Guesthouse and even more with the tour! Souk is an extremely knowledgable guide and with great insights to all the ongoing research at Plain of Jars! We were very interested in all the shared details :) It was one of the best tours we took on Laos! The location is very close to the center of town.

My bus was super late and the guy Souk waited for me at the bus station until like 11pm. Convenient location, plenty quiet at night.

We had a great time at the Sipanya Hotel. What we enjoyed, of course, most outside of the hotel's amenities, was the two days spent with our guide Zuk. He introduced us to all the places of historical interest in the Phonsavan region. Zuk was very concerned about our well-being, very knowledgeable about the historical aspects of our visits, very moving and also, often, very funny. We highly recommend this hotel and its services.
