Lagoon Apartments on Hamilton Island by HIHA

Loved the location, the views and the layout of the apartment. The huge balcony with loungers and BBQ was an added bonus. Loved the included buggy.

Well appointed and ground floor was great for the kids. Apartment was really large and roomy. Gardens were pristine and view is amazing from the first floor upwards.

The pool was a bit ordinary but it was easy to use the other pools.

Property is in the best location and was just perfect will be back

Decor tired Dishwasher broken. Hot water luke warm and cold at times Not enough coffee mugs. The golf buggy didn’t have weather protection and the rain soaked the seats internally every time it rained and didn’t dry out for hours, so consequently even though it may have rained the night before when you sat on the seat, it soaked back up and your clothing got wet. Happened several times, so quite annoying having change clothes It would be good to have more than 1 key for 5 adults Second bedroom too small for sleeping 3, it would better to have a fold out divan. Fan in lounge area very noisy and rattley. 7.30 bin collection, while a great service, was extremely noisy.

Location and view was excellent. Everything was 5 min drive. Accommodation was good and kitchen was great.

It was spacious and the third basin was an added benefit. Good kitchen facilities, appliances and crockery.

Both locks in the main bathroom didn’t work. Missing dustpan and small broom meaning it was harder to clean up after ourselves properly.

I loved the location and the view. The apartment was excellent. It had everything we needed, kitchen, laundry and bathroom. The rooms were lovely and spacious including the beds. It was great to wake up each morning to the sound of the waves and birds and a magnificent view. The pool and spa were terrific at Hibiscus. The complimentary buggy was terrific too.
