A haven of tranquility, hospitality and kindness, the owners here go over and above the ordinary. My husband had a stroke while visiting, and I have been well-cared for here. My every need and request has been provided. The wonderful breakfast helped me fuel for my walks to the hospital. Each morning I was greeted as if I were family, and the compassionate care I've received here is second to none. The hotel is spotlessly clean and pleasant with comfy beds and pillows, and my every need has been met. I couldn't possibly recommend the Zollamt with any higher praise. If I could give 10 stars, I would certainly do so. It's such a unique experience to find a privately run hotel with such attention to detail and care for each customer.

A very kind woman gave me a personal tour, walked me to my room, and showed me how everything worked. It was very quaint and pleasant. I had a great stay.

"It did the job but will not stay in the future"

The gentleman on the evening shift was a very nice man, welcoming and helpful. He worked very hard to meet customer expectations.

The hotel is owned by a company and the lady in particular was very rude to her staff. I found this very off putting.
