Workers are pleasant and nice very good hospitality

The staff were outstanding and the room were very clean.

Small bathroom with small shower The property is advertised as a 4 star design hotel but it's more like a guesthouse with a nicer lobby. It's in a residential area well out of the city centre. It's strongly overpriced for what it is.

Everything was excellent except for the parking. And that was just pain that we had to do street parking because the parking lot was tiny. The couple that runs it were very friendly and helpful!

There were not many parking spots!

Was my first time to Germany and was there for work. The hotel was very nice and the couple who own and run it gave it a nice Bed and Breakfast feel even though it is a nice full size hotel. I will definitely stay there again if I travel to the area in the future.

Went for a Kaiserslautern game, hotel was a good location for me as about 20 odd minute walk from the stadium and less then 10 minute walk from the train station

They asked if I would like to see the available rooms when checking in. I chose not to and took the first available room which was small compared to another I saw later. Recommend checking the available rooms when checking in if possible. The staff were nice consisting of a couple who own the motel. There is a nice eating area that has a modest continental breakfast. The is a small seating area in the check-in area. Metro station is a 15-20 minute walk from the motel.
