Highly recommend. A good escape from the hustle and bustle outside. People were friendly and they always tried to make us feel comfortable

Okay where do i begin, location- tucked back very nicely away from the hustle bustle of the city Checkin- the walk to the insides of the hotel is also beautiful, the waiting area is very well decorated. Checkin was quite easy. I think we had an early checkin too Room and amenities- top notch, stands true to its 5 star rating. Property- asthetically beautiful, lot of attention details. Swimming pool- extra points for the most beautiful pool. We used steam as well, very rejuvenating Staff- very courteous and well spoken. Always smiling and helpful Food- we had breakfast buffet, well organised, all kinds of food was available and we enjoyed thoroughly. But we had lunch in one of the restaurants, food was tasty but tad bit expensive

Sehr beeindruckend, schöne Gebäude und Gelände, charmanter Pool, Frühstück auch grossen Innenhof, nah zur Metro (schnellster Weg ins Zentrum, da staufrei unter dem Gewimmel schnell und sauber unterwegs). Super Zimmer mit Charakter.

Beautiful property, lovely staff, the restaurant was excellent. The nighttime dance exhibition was an unexpected free cultural experience. Lots of interesting antiques and crafts displayed around the place. Really enjoyed the one night I spent here, would have stayed longer if possible.

The crazy amount of light switches in the room that were difficult to work out, some turned lights on some off, some seemed to vary at different times. We needed a map or some instructions. We didn’t walk around the area as only stayed one night on the way to airport but it seems like you might need to drive to any attractions. Everything you need is on site though.

The highlight of the place is staff. We wanted to specially mention a few names: Amrit, the F&B manager, made us feel warm and welcome, trying his best to tend to our every need or discomfort. Chef Ankur, who catered to the needs of our daughter with food alergy. Muskan, a reception staff, who gave us a great welcome tour. The property is safely tucked away from the bustle and noise. You feel like you're in the oasis of peace and luxury. We loved the swimming pool and the ambiance of the courtyard, with the entertainment program offering an evening show with snacks and chai. Food is another big positive. Breakfast was great, with many fresh drink, fruit and live station options. Dinner had a stable menu with great quality, food was delicious. Overall a positive experience. Great food, great staff, peaceful stay.

For property of such level you expect a comfortable wide entrance. Instead it was hard to locate, tucked next to a restaurant entrance basically as a small piece of sidewalk. Then you have to climb steps to the elevator, cross a bridge with more steps to a very small reception. And then there will be more steps on the way to the room. This can be a challenge for people with low mobility. The room did not come up to our expectations. It really lacks coziness. Couch and armchair were not comfortable, tv is small for the room size, AC had mold and a lizard visiting in the evenings coming out of it, bathroom was pretty strange with a bath tub having a bar for shower curtain, but no curtain. Garbage bin in the bathroom was rusty. And another strange thing was to have storage space and wardrobe in the bathroom as well. Also we were told we can be given an extensive property tour. When we requested for it, a lady who was giving it seemed quite lost on details and our questions left without answers. We wish the staff that gives such tours was better trained to possess extensive knowledge on the subject.
