Staff charges a security deposit and doesn’t refund it at checkout.

I’ve stayed at better, but it wasn’t one star worthy

Friendly & helpful staff. Burn holes in bedding and bathroom from cigarettes, mold in bathroom tub, holes in curtains from buckshot, and horrible smell everywhere. Had to wash everything upon returning home because it all smelled so bad.

The hotel pictures on line and in person were different. The hotel was more for locals rather than ppl visiting. The rooms were extremely outdated and lacked all amenities. The bed spread and cover were stained they provided 2 bath towels and thats it. It was a very sketchy place and slept horrible. The pillows were miniture size. Also was told i had to give a $50 deposit just incase of damage. The hotel was already horrible how much more damage can one do. I didnt get the insurance so didnt think i could ask for a refund. I would not recommend anyone to ever stay here.

Treat people with service animals like criminals don’t charge fee then keep deposit for pet cleaning fee

The room was clean, everything worked fine. There was no breakfast included.

the staff at check in was wonderful! we didn't get there til late and had no issues. Her name was Sheilah. She was great! ACworked great!

no fans in bathrooms. only had 2 towels and one had dried blood on it.
