There was not an elevator. There was no coffee service in the room.

location was convenient, staff were friendly

no breakfast on offer, bathrooms and carpets need a refurb

I only gave 1 star because there is no option for 0 star. This hotel has been terrible. the worst stay ever, in all my traveling experience along the years. From the first night, the environment was very dangerous, not safe for kids or family at all. Room was dirty, nonsmoking but all your clothes stinks as smoke, towels were yellow, bed sheets were dirt, the room smells like mold and smoke, the additional inside lock of the door was broken. The were very unsafe environment outside, specially at night. There were all kind of illegal things happening there.... Im pretty sure. This place should be closed.
