Ugly hotel

There was mold above our heads. The bathroom mirror was not fixed on the wall and I used a Kleenex box to hold the bottom out so I could see in it. The vanity felt like it was collapsing it wasn’t level.

Where it was

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon entering our room, it was immediately clear that it had not been properly cleaned. There were hard French fries on the floor near the sofa, and one of the beds had what appeared to be dried blood on the sheets. When I went to request clean sheets, the staff member was rude, and I was given the sheets and expected to make the bed myself. Shortly after, a male staff member entered the room and accused my husband of smoking. My husband was simply eating a Twix candy bar and showed this to the employee, who then walked out without apologizing. The following morning, during breakfast, I noticed that the milk being served had expired on April 7th, even though it was April 11th. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, I was told that it was still “good.” Additionally, the breakfast options were extremely limited, consisting only of two types of cereal, bread for toast, and a waffle maker with no butter or syrup available. Later, I requested clean towels and was told I would have to wait for housekeeping. After waiting all day and receiving nothing, I called again that evening. I was told to come down in 10 minutes, and when I did, I was only given three towels for a reservation that included two adults and four children. When I explained this, the staff member refused to provide additional towels. On the day of checkout (Sunday), I requested a detailed bill. Initially, I was told I did not need one, but after insisting, I was given a copy. I then noticed unexpected charges, including $30 for parking and $40 for early check-in at 12:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM. These fees were never disclosed to me. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that it would not matter and that nothing would be done. Overall, the customer service I received was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, and the condition of the hotel did not meet basic cleanliness or hospitality standards. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and addressed promptly. I look forward to your response regarding a resolution.

Mold in my sweet I got at the vent a dead coach roach on the floor. Woudl not give me a refund but moved me to a smaller room n did not get a credit for it. But told me my next stay is 20% off I laughed. I will never come back there or tell anyone too stay there. To shut the door we had to shove it bc the door got stuck. N we had to sleep with the lights on bc of the bugs. The staff sucks at the front decks. Went to check out n no one at the front deck at all so put my card in the box in the counter. Will say that hotel needs to be condemned

Nothing

There were no blankets and the clerk didn't give us any after asked. There was no hot water in the shower. There was mold in the shower on the curtain and around the faucets. We didn't stay but 1 night.

Location was good but the 15$ to park was crap the owners of property totally horrible people if you need help forget it

The management was trash sorry attitudes period would not recommend to anyone , second I notice all prices booking was putting was not the same at checkout , gave a price then completely different
