Very Disappointed.

Only thing I like is that it's right across from the beach at a light making it easy to cross.

For starters, the hidden fee for parking each day just to be there, not even mentioned when you book the room. By the time we paid for the room, parking, pet fee of 25 a day, and 100 dollar deposit, we could have paid for a nice room. The rooms are dirty and very well worn, making a pet fee honestly rediculous. There was water dripping from a metal plate above the shower, seeming from upstairs room. The TV did not work right at all. What picture it had would come in at times and then parts of the picture were blackened at times. The screen looked like it was messed up. When I asked to have a couple towels they said they didn't have enough. None of the ice machines worked I was directed to. I feel that I should have a partial refund. They used to be decent facilities there. Not sure what has happened. There's more but I don't want to rant anymore, cause I'm usually pretty easy going.

I got a hotel room for a family member. When he arrived they wouldn't let him stay without an $200 damage deposit. When I attempted to contact the hotel the phone number rang until the call dropped. Even Booking.com could not reach the hotel. I attempted to send an email but never got a response.

Horrible experience! Motel is very old but they have tried to update and the location is excellent. I will say the gentleman doing check in was very pleasant (I made numerous trips to the desk with questions). We walked in and the room at first looked fairly decent, yet disappointing. First thing we noticed was how sparse it seemed. The website stated there would be a coffee maker. We not only did not have a coffee maker (there was no coffee available even in the lobby), we didn’t even have any cheap plastic cups! The mini-fridge and microwave were clean, so that was appreciated. Then we noticed the first bug! We had a number of bugs during our stay! We checked the beds a number of times and don’t think there were bedbugs, but we felt very uneasy because we had other types of bugs walking across the beds (I did ask the desk if others had reported bugs). Speaking of the beds, we were surprised to find we only had pillows and sheets on the bed. I was told by the desk the comforters were in the closet. We had two beds but only one comforter. Had to go to the desk for the 2nd. Finally got some sleep. The next morning we went in to shower. There were large bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. However, every one was completely empty!!!! Very frustrating and disappointing. The complementary breakfast? Horrible! Stale bread, hard boiled eggs, waffles, and cereal. The final disappointment was when getting the receipt upon check out, there was a $15 charge for parking! Ridiculous! We parked outside our door. Not some secure lot, not some garage, just asphalt outside our room. I had another reservation for this property, but I cancelled as soon as we got into the room. I expected so much more from a Wyndham property!

only thing good about this was being walking distance from the beach everything else was just terrible

our room was nasty sheets had stains on them floors had food hair was all in the hair dryer and sink the bed boards looked like that haven’t been wiped down in a long time. then when i went to tell front desk he appeared frustrated towards me and trying to say that wasn’t right making me seem like i was just making it up
