Very little not to like. Stairs a bit steep but lift available to those that need it. Front gate a bit sticky.

Spotlessly clean. A lot of thought had been put into the property with new bathroom and kitchen fit outs and appliances. High ceilings.

Older style apartment in a guest house and a little cramped.
