Close to centre, breakfast was lovely

Car park a nightmare, very tight and almost impossible to get a car out as turning so tight. Located close to centre but have to walk through the tunnel and felt a little nervous when dark. View from room of the roof and chillers not the best.

Hotel facilities and room were great. However, the car park is absolutely horrendous. DO NOT PARK there if you plan to travel. I have been left with a very hefty bill due to the damage received at the exit of this car park. The exit is not fit for purpose unless you travel in a small vehicle. The hotel was not very helpful despite the many previous complaints this car park has had. They will not accept liability even after acknowledging that this is an issue. They will not take into consideration your complaint about this car park with any seriousness at all. I am left extremely disappointed as they clearly lack a duty of care regarding their car parking facilities. It is a shame as I did have a pleasant stay. I do not own a large vehicle and the exit to this place was physically not wide enough for me to go through without any sort of damage.
