Friendly and helpful staff Clean hotel and room Excellent breakfast

The WiFi was down -but luckily our TV had internet The room was a bit stuffy due to not being able to open a window (we were on the 8th floor so fair enough) When others closed their rooms it was so loud it vibrated our head board- not much can be done about that I guess but it was annoying The food in the bar was ok. However my onion rings were over cooked and the celery I had with my hot wings was not fresh at all

Staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and were quick and efficient. Room was lovely and had everything we needed. Location was great, right in the middle of the city next to station.

Nothing really but as a minor point, not keen on the coffee bags given in the rooms so had to buy my own coffee.

Good location to train station, close enough to City but far enough away to be quiet.

My team recently stayed at Hilton Leeds City as part of a large group booking, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. A special shout out to Carina Chişu, who was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire booking process. Carina made everything feel smooth and manageable and was always happy to help with any questions or changes along the way. The hotel itself was spotless, check-in and check-out were completely seamless, and the breakfast buffet was great with plenty of choice for everyone in the group. Overall, we had a brilliant experience and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Would absolutely recommend Hilton Leeds City for group bookings and would happily stay again.
