Strange smell in the entrance area. A toilet brush would be welcome. Toaster for crumpets would be nice.

Location was fantastic.

Poor acoustics between rooms, could hear people in neighbouring rooms. Hair dryers and alarms disturbed my stay, wouldn’t have expected to have this problem at a Hilton.

Room very good, clean, serviced every day, staff were excellent, all staff, housekeeping, Restaurant and Bar Staff. Location is great. Arrived late on a Friday, left Late on Monday - there were no issues, Hotel was very busy Saturday all day but staff made time to interact

Swimming Pool is gone. Vending machines were practically empty no midnight snacks available.

Very comfortable stay, lovely staff and a great conference room.

We were fortunate enough not to damage our car in the car park but the car park is tight and dangerous.
