Location & Staff were great!

The facility is dated, separated parking garage is very inconvenient. The elevators in the parking garage weren't working and the stairwells were disgustingly dirty.

"In all in all I’m a Hilton member and for two nights paying $700 and $55 a night parking is rediculous along with my wat"

"Zero maintenance! Ripped curtains, faucet fell off!!!!"

Shower faucet fell of, curtains where ripped and dirty, the hook behind the bathroom door fell off too, bathroom was disgustingly dirty , old hair! Mold around the sink ….worst maintenance I’ve ever seen in a Hilton chain .

Enjoyed the breakfast everyday! The staff were wonderful! All of them. But a special shout out to Diamond at the front desk. She made everyone feel so welcome at check in. She has a fantastic memory; greeted everyone by name for the rest of their stay, and she went above & beyond to make our stay wonderful! Your staff are the main reason we will return to stay here!

Everything was great as usual. We’ve been staying here for the last four years. Only reason I gave a 4 on property was because 2 out of the three elevators were not working during our stay which made going up, and down, from our room a bit of a chore.

The room was clean, but drab and dated. Some furniture in the lounge was lightly damaged. Breakfast buffet was good. Front desk staff was nice, but I had to ask multiple times to get sofa bed linens delivered. One day they failed to clean the room because of a language glitch; another day they didn’t leave wash rags with the other bathroom linens. The room had an ironing board but no iron. Front entrance is awkward for dropping people off or pickup.
