Front desk at this location couldnt answer a simple question of early check in. and then stated they didnt have time for this. why trust they can do anything else?

Slightly older property. Had a leak in room but they moved us to another room so appreciate the service and support in addressing this issue.

The front disc and the shift morning are very friendly and he helped me a lot. Thank you for the good service

The omelet bar was great. They were efficient and quick. The premade food was cold. But everything else was great. It was very clean. Staff was very helpful and kept the hotel very clean. I messaged front desk Seth for extra sheets and he immediately was able to provide that for us.

Paying for parking. Which was not mentioned when I booked for this hotel. They had an option for hotel guest and still charged $55 a day...the parking garage was on the back of the hotel. The Elevators to get to level 3 was broken.. I felt like this was a scheme to keep the 150 deposit. I asked why it was so high, I was told its because I live out of town. Isn't that the whole point of using the hotel?? In my room, the sink did not work.an engineer was supposed to fix it the next day but never showed. I was traveling with a baby and couldn't use it to clean bottles.

Kevin was wonderful and sold me on this experience to enjoy with my husband. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Never pushed. Provided all the options available.

Great staff, everyone was very friendly! Quiet rooms with plenty of space. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Kevin with Hilton Honors was also very helpful
