Every thing accommodation, food scrounging peace and beauty of nature is memorable.

Hight of toilet pot so high for women. For solution put a short stool in bathroom.

Nothing a Money and an worst experience

It’s a total money waste property as they don’t have a basic ethics of treating staff. We stayed there for 2 nights and first they didn’t knew what’s available in the hotel property or not like we ordered a basic cold drink for which they said it’s not available. 2: I asked them for a 2 half day cab for which they first assured me that it would be provided and for which they first assured us it would be on time and then when we all reached to the lobby to go they managed to get 1 cab and said the other is coming in 5 min so half of the guest waited and the we waited for next 25 min that to when we got angry they managed to arrange the second cab. 3: Now the most important part as a guest I was asking them to provide us the bills and tell us the amount as at the time of check in I have personally deposited a Random amount as being instructed by the present reception staff where no bills or subordinate documents were given and we clearly told the staff we would be doing an early check out so get the clearance done which as usual because of there lethargic behaviour they didn’t listened to guest and at the time of check out they themselves asked us to pay the amount of 18k cash which we paid and then they have been continuously calling me that ur balance was something else as the person at that time was a trainee and he didn’t knew it. How can such behaviour can be done by a hotel who is Having AN ITC BRAND NAME TO IT. I even said that I am a regular guest at the various ITC hotels or Resort and have never felt so ashamed in front of my colleagues like I have been on this booking. Such experience is a very heartbreaking and irritating experience for guest that to when he is paying so much of money and coming for a vacation.

The breakfast was hot, fresh, and offered a good variety of options. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, regularly checking in to see if we needed anything. They were warm and friendly, engaging with everyone and making sure all our food needs were taken care of. A truly pleasant experience!
