"Amazing Views"

Amazing views with each room having balcony and views. Excellent breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Really enjoyed my morning Yoga sessions in the grounds with Gopal, shame none of the other guests participated.

We were allocated a lovely room on arrival, which afforded lovely views especially of the sunset - but the room was really hot and when we asked about the air conditioning we were told that it was a centralised system so in the winter it only let out warm air, but coming from the UK the temperature in the room was really uncomfortable for us and we ended up leaving the balcony door open all night, but I wasn't too happy about this as wary of any insects etc coming into the room. Also noticed that the pillows were stained and the room was generally dusty. Once we informed the manager Nisha the next day she did her best to resolve the issue by moving us to the other side of the hotel which didn't have the sun during the day and she made sure the room was cleaner - but alas she couldn't change the air-conditioning system so it as still warm and we had to leave the door open for the rest of our stay. The single track access road to the property was really bumpy and windy which our driver was not happy about. We were informed it was under construction after a landslide but would have liked to have been forwarned. There were no facilities for our driver either for food etc. They were informed about a homestay back up the hill but the charges are too much for the drivers.

Amazing and quiet location, 30 minutes from main Shimla mall road, the views from the rooms were very nice and rooms were spacious. In room service was great.

"Amazing location, polite staff and yummy breakfast."

Loved everything. The staff was so courteous, helpful and friendly. It was my husband's birthday so without me asking them to get a cake they got one. The food is amazing! The breakfast and pizzas we ordered via room service were yummy. The place is serene and a perfect getaway for couples.

Would love it if there would be a bathtub in the room. The room service menu could be a little more reasonable.
