Across from strip club. Room smelled of cigarette smoke and sheets had cigarette burn holes in them. Won't stay here again.

The desk clerk was very friendly and check in was quick. The hotel was great for a one or two night stay. Smelled clean and the non smoking room was really non smoking. I'd definitely stay again.

I travel quite a bit and have stayed at this chain all over Southern regions of the U.S. However, never in my life have I EVER stayed at the nastiest, dirtiest hotel in my life. I do not believe that the carpets have EVER been cleaned. It was so bad that I slept in my clothes, did not touch the toilet and did not take a shower. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone except a homeless person who needed a warm place to stay and couldn't afford anything else.

This was an extreme last minute buy so we just dealt with it...but no will not EVER stay here again. There's a strip club across the street, it's next to what appears to be lower income housing, and the hotel itself was dirty. From the carpets to the walls. Bring your own towels because theirs almost tore my skin off. Then the couple next door to us decided they wanted to provide entertainment in the form of WWE. When we called it in the person on duty let it be known that our room was the one calling in the complaint. How unprofessional was that??? So please please veer far away from this hotel!

Worst hotel and service I ever had. The room next to mine was noisy at 4am with noises I will not explain on here. Told the front desk the next morning and they basically so oh well...what made it worse is I had my two younger daughters with me. Will never go to this hotel again. Dont waste your time or money.

we came to the city to visit family. it was my wife's first visit to my hometown. the hotel was clean, staff was pleasant!

This is a nice hotel with excellent service. I will stay here again any time i'm in the place

This hotel was absolutely horrible. The carpet was disgusting. I wore slippers the entire time. The base of the bathroom tube was black, from the dirt. I asked the hotel staff for something to clean it with and they gave me Windex and three old dirty rags. When explained to the staff that Windex was for Windows he caught a attitude rolled his eyes and began speaking his native language. He finally gave me a watered down product that was placed in a old Windex spray bottle. This hotel is close and convenient to all the restaurants and shopping facilities. Also, this hotel always people to board there as if it is there home. Needless to say I will never return he again!

I had to request a new room because the original room wasn't vacuumed and the bathroom floor had water on it. The common area carpet was filthy and didn't look like the carpets get cleaned or vacuumed. Everything looked dirty when entering but my card was already charged prior to my arrival despite selecting the hold and not charge option. I would have gone somewhere else.
