last minute reservation room less than desirable carpets dirty room smelled

Very worn out and run down. Ok if just sleeping 1 night, but wouldn't take family there.

Bath tub was dirty everything was. Bad I will not stay there ever again

I thought it a great place to stay....convenient for my needs. I stayed during a local event where most motels up their rates to the moon and found this one to be quite reasonable. No frills, not much in the way of amenities although they did have free WIFI that worked well. Room was clean and comfortable. TV worked but remote did not, but I watched little or no TV and was not there most of the time. I'll stay there again next year if the prices remain reasonable.

Carpets were filthy, toilet paper roll sat on TOP of the toilet. Lights didn't work, pillows small and flat. No paper and pencil even. Smelled like smoke.

While the room appeared clean on the surface, I found a pair of sunglasses when I went to plug something into a wall outlet...but there was no outlet there, the wire from the lamp went straight into the floor. Fortunately I travel with an extension cord (because I am a C-pap user) and I was able to access a plug that way. The light over the sink had a motion detector, which I thought was cool until the light turned off while I drying my hair and again while putting on my make-up. Just keep moving. The worst was the handle on the spigot at the sink. It was broken although operable if you wrapped a facecloth around it to get a grip. No, I didn't complain about the room. I had a clean bed and bathroom with running water and enough towels for $55. I've been forced to stay in places that were more expensive and not clean...so this was bearable!

I stayed here over 15 years ago when it was a Days Inn. It hasn't changed much. While not a lot of effort has been out in over the years to keep things fresh and modern, it's clean and the front-desk personnel are friendly. The room was a hotel room, nothing more or less. It did include a mini fridge and a locking safe, neither of which I used but are nice amenities. The TV (an old tube model) apparently had its volume locked and it was difficult to hear over the AC, but I also didn't use it much either. For the low price, the room is more than acceptable. The only real downside is, while a non-smoking facility, it used to allow it and you can still smell it at times. Not overbearing, but there.

It is better to say nothing than something very bad.

It smelled if cigarettes and lost hope. Saw some shady people walking through and it was directly across from a seedy strip club. Was there for about 30 minutes before I asked for a refund. And the floor was really sticky!
