"Good location but lacks service"

The location was good and the room was nice and clean.

They won’t even place a water bottle in the room which I find a little bit disrespectful considering the price of the night. The breakfast was also very basic and limted options.

Mala comunicación con el hotel. No responden los mensajes enviados por la plataforma ni los correos electrónicos. Tuve que llamar insistentemente al teléfono fijo y al WhatsApp para poder modificar mi fecha de llegada.

"Agradable y cómoda"

La amabilidad del personal La ubicación del hotel, en medio de una zona agradable de recorrer. Lo cómodo de las camas y el silencio para poder descansar de buena manera.

El televisor, este nunca funcionó, prendía pero señalaba que la señal de la antena era débil o que no estaba la conexión del cable, por lo que cada vez que intenté ver TV no pude.
