"for a two star hotel, I was pleased. I've been in some awful two star hotels before."

It's on the upper end of 2 star hotels. Still a 2 star hotel though. I was happy with it and would stay again for sure.

I've only stayed here this one time. my only complaint was a few stains on the sheets and just how old some of the things are. The base boards are peeling away. The towels seemed very old and worn. etc..

"If you really need a place it will do."

Seems the rooms were recently remodeled. There are no carpets in the rooms, which means you can tell the floor is clean. The overall cleanliness of the room was good.

The rooms are functional, but not nice. Almost no amenities. The free breakfast was two types of cereal, a jug of milk, some wrapped up muffins, juice, and a coffee in a pot. It just was not very welcoming at all.
