If you love the horrible odor of marijuana, you’ll love it here. If you’re a drug junkie, you’ll love it here. If you’re okay with constant noise disturbances and you don’t sleep much, you’ll love it here. If you don’t mind smelling the prior guests on the pillows and sheets, you’ll love it here. Trust me, ONLY likeminded wild hoodrats can appreciate this kind of atmosphere. This has been THE WORST hotel experience in my life this far…hands down. It’s like it’s been a nightmare on Commerce Street. It has been HARD for me to get any kind of decent sleep or peaceful rest in this place because it’s extremely busy and noisy…including the hotel staff and their family members and friends too…who seemingly have no consideration for guests who may want a quiet place to stay. This is giving more “trap house” energy than a hotel vibe and I feel so disrespected in my soul for having been subjected to this type of environment. I’ve tried to give the benefit of the doubt. I’ve tried to give grace where there’s been repeated disrespect. I don’t feel valued as a guest at all and it’s disgusting to me that money is obviously more important to the hotel management than the comfort of the guests. I never thought I’d see the day where hoodrats/drug junkies are more respected and accommodated, but this has been my experience here at this hotel and tonight…I’ve had enough of this. I’m homeless and struggling and striving in this tough economy while simultaneously working a challenging job to somehow get my independence back as relates to housing in this skyrocketed rental market that’s suffocating across the country. All I want is a safe, affordable and decent place to stay while trying to improve my quality of life, but this environment has made my quest more difficult. I’ve paid way too much money to be disrespected like this. I’ve been so sleep deprived and sick from having been subjected to inhaling that DISGUSTING odor of marijuana that’s saturated my entire room, clothing, hair and even having to go to work smelling like like I’ve been in a trap house. In addition to the constant noise disturbances and having to constantly be subjected to the horrible odor of marijuana coming from the other guests, there’s also constant random loud music disturbances coming from the vehicles at the nearby Sonic and the parking lot next to the Sonic where the inconsiderate hoodrats sit and share their BOOM…BOOM…BOOM that’s so loud that it vibrates their vehicle’s windows and also vibrates through the hotel walls and pillows. If you’re okay with that, you’ll love it here. I could likely get more rest and peace of mind staying in my vehicle and I could’ve saved that (estimated) $2,244 of my hard earned money that I regrettably spent during my stay here. I sure do wish that someone had told me about the atmosphere here before I had to learn about it the hard way and had I known beforehand that it was more like a “trap house” atmosphere, I certainly would’ve avoided this. I’ve been so deeply hurt, I’ve been uncomfortable, I’ve suffered in silence, I’ve complained and I’ve talked to the hotel management (in vain) and I’ve cried. I’ve even opted to leaving the door open for ventilation despite the heat, mosquitoes and the possible danger. This experience has left a lasting impression in me that I’ll likely never soon forget and I’ll likely vomit in my soul the next time that I see a Days Inn hotel sign in the future as I travel along the way. In the meantime, I can only dream that customer service will someday be great again. So today, despite me having paid for a week’s stay, I surrendered to the hoodrats and literally threw in the towels. The hoodrats won. It was pouring down raining and I returned from working overnight, STILL SICK, to find a hoodrat mama and her 4 hoodrat kids yelling and bouncing around IN THE RAIN in front of my room. I left and I’ll never look back at this HOTEL FROM HELL ever again 🤬🤮. My God.

Overall,it was a good experience. I enjoyed the little breakfast.

There were spots on the sheet and pillow case. Not really bad, but they need to be replaced. I adjusted myself to avoid contact.

The electricity is out at my personal home and this was right in my hometown and very close to my work.

The door was lose and didn't close tight

When I called them from the road, they gave me a quote and then tried to get me to make a reservation. I told them I would be there in a matter of minutes and then the man just hung up on me. That was the start of the stay and it just went downhill from there. Not much more to say.
