Lovely place. Great location, central more than enough but quiet ☺️ Anne and crew are lovely and hospitable. Nice rooms, balconies. Breakfast included is simple but appreciated on top of such amazing pricing and overall value. Must stay!

We do not recommend it, they are scammers. This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Our room did not match the number listed on the website. When checking in, we were given keys to someone else's room, which someone else was already staying in. They tried to deceive us and charge extra for breakfast, although it is included in the price. The breakfast is terrible: one egg, a piece of bread and two pieces of tomato. The same every day. The room was dirty, they never cleaned it. There was no toilet paper from the beginning. It is unclear where the positive reviews came from... We met neighbors who were also very unhappy with this hotel.

Very cheap at $19AUD per night, average location. Has breakfast inc in price. Staff are nice and helpful.

Bed is like laying on concrete. Sadly the Worst / hardest I've slept on in asia. Breakfast has no choice, you get given 1 fried (but cold) egg and 2 slices of white bread (not toast), no butter, just a fruity cheese cube..

Owners face needs, surgery for a smile, asked for two extra Packs of coffee,& WAS denied it, even tried to pay for it,& was denied it, this is how customer, whom pays THREE weeks in advance IS TREATED, HAD to ask, for T/P, Q TIPS, BATH MAT& COFFEE & I AM JUST WARMING UP, WISHING 4 MORE ROOM TO, TYPE, OH I SEE I GOT MY WISH, NO APOLOGY WILL BE ACCEPTED, THE RECEPTIONIST, ITS ABOVE BOARD,( ANN) IS FANTASTIC, SPEAKS GREAT ENGLISH, ALLOW ME TO GET BACK TO THE OWNER IF, YOU WILL ,TO FIND SOMETHING GOOD TO SAY, @ THE MOMENT, I'M @ A LOSS FOR GOOD WORDS, ON THE OWERS BE HALF, moving on for moment I'LL BE GETTING BACK TO YOU!!!
