Staff is very friendly and accommodating.. the only thing I concern is the room is so small and they dont have Ventilation inside the toilet.. and I booked for 3 adults and One child.. and they give as 2 free breakfast only.. but when I booked it tru hotel. Com it say free breakfast for 4 But it’s okey.. staff is awesome and friendly

Ok naman po ang pag-stay namin dito, hindi lang maayos ang breakfast, yung room ok naman malaki yung bed, yung mga staff mabait lalo na yung nasa front desk at tsaka si kuya guard mabait din, overall average lang muna kasi hindi pa fully furnished ang Hotel...

Fine for a small province. as it was clean and new and overall we were satisfied. For Philippine and Asian customers breakfast was fine. No American food. Breakfast was included however if you want it in your room it is another P100 i.e. $2 USD for two meals delivered. They ask that you complete a form everyday by 4pm selecting the breakfast eggs and meat/fish you would like and the time to eat. No one however seems to go to their 2nd floor restaurant. For a small province the hotel was clean and nice however construction is still underway. Still no mini adventure. We stayed 9 days August 19, 2019 to August 27, 2019. Close to MacDonalds, Jollibee and Chow King. Easy to get tricycle. There are no elevators just stairs. We were on 3rd floor. Tough to walk up and down. Terrible internet. No internet except for about 20 minutes a day. Need to open door to get signal. They said they complained to local carrier PLDT but there is no reason for no signal every day. Again we were there for 9 days. Terrible not to have internet. They can pay more or change carriers as there is absolutely no excuse in this day and age. They said management has not fixed in 1 year. When they clean the room the housekeeping staff (one male) is very nice and professional however he needs to use a check off list. For example he never cleaned the soap dish. Also when we placed a card on the bed to change the linens after 5 days he tried just to make the bed. I demanded he change the sheets etc. Not to much to ask after 5 days. Dirty water used to mop floor with smell.

Not a great deal of choice when it comes to hotels in Masbate.Found it a bit frustrating staying here.Allocated room on ground floor initially (second room back from reception) Never stayed on ground floor before in any hotel.Curtain drawn on entering room with a view local "housing" opposite across from a public walkway, with the corrugated iron trim effect.Had concerns about possible noise issues.No safe in room, contacted reception who were unaware that the ground floor rooms had no safe after being asked to look in the usual places, a passing room attendant informed me that the ground floor rooms had no safe boxes, i relayed to reception.Was informed permission was need from manager to bring one as i was in a hurry to go out sight seeing after being delayed flying in agreed to move rooms, to the room directly above to where i had been.better view and no noise issues throughout my stay.Staff helpful with that, as no elevator.No a\c in common areas, rarely switched on in reception.Never had to sign for individual service items before, towels, bath mat, hanger, teaspoon, saucer, cup ,toilet glass etc.Even though i did not book a breakfast through Hotel.com, was staying two nights but leaving early on check out day so only need one (I booked for 2 people but was just myself) it shows under "Main Amenities" Free local breakfast and also under "Food and Drink" free local cuisine breakfast daily. This was shown against my booking conformation number also. Initally queried at breakfast by the waitress that it was not complimentary she made a call then went on to show me the compliment menu, I think there were two choices and obviously with no prices against them being complimentary.On returning to the hotel later that day was told i had to pay! They had contacted Hotel.com who they said, and were happy to show me their reply, that breakfast was not authorised by them, which is true it was not because why should it have been as it clearly states there is a comp option. I emailed hotel.com and they looked into it and agreed with me that i should not have to pay. hotel.com tried to call the hotel but apparently there was no one in authority to take the call.This was a point of principle for me.I was told by hotel.com if i was charged to take a copy of the bill and they would refund me.I was charged P250(normally you know what you are being charged when you order!), which they refunded very quickly, i might add! A Staff member a one point told me because i did not book through them i was not entitled to the comp breakfast! At this point I was beginning to wonder what else i was not entitled to having booked through hotel.com.There was no exclusions on their "Main Amenities" or "Food and Drink" sections or any other sections that i was not entitled to being a Hotel.com customer.Generally found some staff nice, helpful, indifferent and sometimes all in the same person! Wifi drove me to despair. Could never achieve a connection in my room.Had 3 different employees try to help with various wifi codes.Was told its, Apple phones, always slow, it's your phone settings and so on..i said it would have to be my iPad as well? As soon as i went into retro or lobby both devices sprung into life! At one point i was told as it was "connecting" it was all ok, job jobbed! but of course it Never once connected in my room.It was just sort of looked at as if it was me.I asked the day day before checking out what had they done to rectify the wifi issue, i was just looked at blankly! I said maybe for the next person? No? Of course i had to go to the lobby if i needed to use the wifi and initially had to ask for the a\c to be switched on.July is very humid and hot in the Philippines.They would normally switch it on for me after that when i appeared for wifi use in the lobby.The a/c in the room took a while to bring the temp down never really cooling down as much in the bathroom area. Sometimes after being out you really do need a/c as soon a you come in off the street.So was quite uncomfortable to have to wait until your room eventually cooled down, with no a/c from the street until you reach your room your room, no elevator also, remember. Only 1 key card given, not that i would have left everything switched on all day while i was out. Managed to get an extra key card not keep a/c on in the evening if i popped out to keep the temp down for sleeping that evening.they did ask for that back but explained why i need ti keep it! What really annoyed me was while waiting for my flight back to Manila at the airport i met a group of 3 Filipino's who had also stayed there, and asked what did you think of the hotel, they said NO WIFI in room! Annoying as they gave you a code for it! The Hotel always seem to have an answer, for everything in their world of their logic! What about the customer!

Seriously,  this hotel is by far the most nicest, friendly and accommodating in every way, hotel in Masbate city. From the beginning, we were greeted and treated professionally, and throughout our 24 hour stay, remained the same. Professional. Our room, a little hickup in the beginning, but I must say, it could have been avoided with that little extra care in preparation.  (My booking was with QANTAS HOTELS) However getting past that, all and every effort was made, to ensure we both were happy. We booked the Superior Queen, and we were extremely happy with our choice. When we walked in we found our towels were in the shape of a Elephants head. Certainly I was amazed, as I had seen many ways to fold a towel , but not this. We couldn't help ourselves, we had to take a pic. Bed was good and firm, and as someone who suffers extreme back pain, even I got that needed sleep. Room. Spacious in my opinion. And well designed, and tastefully furnished. TV . and fridge along with coffee making facility. Kettle and Cups were provided, along with 3 in 1 coffee. Air Conditioning works well, and cooled our room nicely. Bathroom. Every amenity catered for. Nothing lacking. On Site Resturant. Now for the pièce de ré·sis·tance , the service, the food, the staff, were out of this world. We had Hong Kong Style Crab, Pork Ribs, Mixed Meat and Veg Chop Suey, and I even wanted to stay for more, it was that good. It is a Licensed Venue. Breakfast. This was included in our stay. Breakfast is via preorder, and there is much to choose from. In room safe. Yes. WiFi is quite fast in lobby, however in room, it's inconsistent. Do take into consideration that Masbate has frequent brownouts. This hotel also has backup generator onsite.   Other than the WiFi, all in all I cannot fault this hotel. And we will be definitely returning. Now as we leave, it's back to reality.. Thank You Treasure Island Hotel for a memorable 24 hours.

I like the place since accessible to banks, supermarket etc... staffs are polite.

stayed here overnight, coz i missed the 12noon last trip of the fastcraft to Pilar, Sorsogon. i booked the SUPERIOR SINGLE room (P2,500) via Expedia. honestly, it's expensive for the size of the room (10sq/m) - it felt cramped. i paid cheaper for a bigger room than this with equally good interior & amenities. for a hotel that's just starting, i think they should've played with "promo rates" first. btw, they don't have an elevator. it's 5-storey walk-up and my room was on the 4/F. likes: clean room, firm mattress, accessible location dislikes: expensive for the size, no elevator, weak wifi signal inside the room, no fridge (vs.advertised listing), tiny bathroom, small bath towel (stiff & scratchy), soft pillows (wished it was firmer)
