The size of room, the comfort of bed and pillows and the cleanliness of bathroom. The AC works well too. But most of all the hospitality of the staff.

Hotel was under construction. No water park. No restaurant. Cleaning was below average. Rate for the hotel in the current condition is too high.

GREAT & THE ONLY PRESTIGE HOTEL IN MASBATE! I arrived last July 13,2022 and from the airport it took me 5minutes to reach the hotel. I was greeted v.well by the staffs. Impressive! Then after a quick check in and or registration I was also assisted going to my room. The weather is light humid yet the property cools me down. Great room and v.fast internet, complete amenities. How I wish they finish constructing the pool for their MINI WATER ADVENTURE and get their 4star hotel rating. I will definitely go back here in Treasure Island Hotel Masbate and stay (forever). Unfortunately there are no restaurant facility's. It would be excellent if such facility's was in place

Expedia accepted booking, issued itinerary, too payment from credit card, we showed up at hotel onlynto learn they are closed because of lockdown since March 2020.......we are in Philippines,mcannot phone Expedia, we need to get refunded.

From arrival to checkout, there was not much to like about this Hotel. Our room door would not open/close properly, pool was under renovation, staff not helpful- put us next door to the function room with function on with over 150 guests, didn't tell us breakfast finished at 9am until we arrived for it at 9.03 and would not serve us, next morning when we did get breakfast our eggs were served straight from the fridge. Would not recommend!
