Everything was lovely...Nice central location...Very friendly neighbours..close to train station...

Parking was for 1 car (in garage)...host did supply Parking permits but space is extremely limited for 2nd car..

Excellent location close to the station and town and yet also quiet. I am a very sensitive sleeper, but I didn't need earplugs which beats out my own home! The house was very clean, well equipped, and bright.

There was nothing not to like.

"Very Convenient Town House"

Very convenient for the town, railway station & buses. The house is quite compact, tidy & comfortable. Although it is close to all amenities it is in a quiet location. Like the stable door allows the top to be opened for fresh air. Useful bench outside to take off boots (we are walkers). Not far from the old town.

The shower/bath is functional but a bit tired. Bathroom fan was not working & there is little ventilation.

"A small, compact property close to Eastbourne’s centre, clean & comfortable."

Excellent location down a quiet road only a short distance from Eastbourne centre. The property was clean, albeit compact, with good facilities. It was nice to use the garage, though it was a bit of a squeeze, and if you’re planning on doing the same, check your car dimensions!

Nothing of any note.
