Parking was hell! The property owner provided scratch cards for parking but no spaces were available, I was constantly moving my car even the long term car park expired at 4.00am meaning I had to go out in the rain and move the car late at night. We were constantly hounded by traffic wardens. Not just by the property Eastbourne is Parking hell on Par with Brighton. Every parking meter involves a long process entering your vehicle reg and so on. When are local authorities and politicians going to understand declaring war on car drivers (Holiday Makers) and killing businesses with Uniform Business rates is a one way ticket to deprivation and poverty. Why are so many High Streets failing we keep telling you your not listening.
