Property Notes

All requests for check-in/check-out outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property and must be requested at least 1 day before arrival. An additional charge of $50.00 will apply to groups that check-in outside of traditional scheduled hours, also for late check-outs. There is an additional charge for using the hot tub. We do provide a free continental breakfast, there is an additional charge for hot and cold bottled drinks. Prior to your stay, you will receive a link by text to register for your stay electronically. All guests are required to register prior to arrival. The property does not allow parties without prior authorization from the property owner. Once you receive your booking confirmation it will include contact details for Berrodin Bed & Breakfast, you will be able to reach out directly to the property with any additional questions or special requests. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. We allow pets in the Anniebabe Room - Bedroom 2, with prior authorization from the property owner. Your pet may weigh up to 35 pounds and needs to be crated during your stay. Pets are not allowed in the guests’ beds. We do have a crate available for an additional charge. (Exceptions can be made, please contact the property owner prior to booking. Please Note-Excluding medical conditions, we would like to respectfully ask that all guests remove their shoes upon arrival. I would like to encourage you to bring a pair of house shoes or slippers.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
