エアコンがあまり効かず寒かったです

東比恵の駅から近くスーパーも近くにあります。部屋はロフト付きで短期というか普通に生活できそうな空間に滞在できます。 ゴミなどが少し落ちていて清掃が微妙ではありましたが、部屋は綺麗で洗濯機や電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、ドライヤー、追い焚き風呂があり 長い滞在でも不便はないと思います。また泊まりたいです。 　チェックインも丁寧に教えてもらえて良かった。

It was very close to a local subway line. A grocery store is also just 5 minutes walk away. There are also a lot of cafes and restaurants when you walk around. The area itself is really very quiet which is nice.

Spacious enough for 5 adults with big luggages. Very convenient location, just a station away from Hakata and the Airport. All appliances were working fine and were easy to operate.

It's a modest, pleasant loft apartment. Everything you need for a couple nights is there, including full towels and a toothbrush, and it's tidy and well-kept. The HigashieHie station is only a 3-minute walk away, making it an excellent location. The airport and Hakata stations are both only a 1-stop train ride apart. For breakfast and dinner, you can purchase food at the local grocery stores and restaurants.

I think the heater doesn't work properly in room 201 even at 32 degrees Celsius. It heats up the room a bit but still feels cold.

Conveniently located. Coin laundry, 24h supermarket, 24h Joyfull and the metro station all within a short walking distance. Apartment was clean, modern and fully equipped no doubt a little narrow and small. All the amenities you would need to make your stay comfortable. Small kitchenette, washing machine, fridge, and a microwave. Sofa bed, double decker bed on the lower floor and 4 futons available in the loft. The heater works well. It was warm and nice on a cold winter night.

There were no stools or chairs besides the sofa bed which was low and rather difficult to older people. Besides that all is fine.
