Highly recommend for family trip Accessible to public transport

We stayed as a family of three and found the location was convenient to Hakata station. The staff were friendly and quick to respond to messages, and the apartment was reasonably modern. The price was good and we utilised the kitchenette. Bath was wonderful, and all bathroom amenities were provided. The bathroom and kitchen were both clean, as was the washing machine. A washing machine is a life saver for a family travelling, and we took advantage of it. Laundry powder was also provided. The day we arrived, it was very hot and humid, and the staff had turned on our air conditioner in advance, which I thought was very thoughtful. The room was plenty spacious even with our large suitcases. We would definitely stay again.

I would not say there was anything I didn't like. However, I did find that the upper loft area was quite dusty. The kitchenette has some of the necessary utensils, but not all of them. There are no plates or cutlery, only a couple of pairs of chopsticks. This made it harder to prepare certain things. It would also be helpful for some kitchen amenities to be provided. Oil, salt and pepper etc. There was also no tea towel in the kitchen. Again, none of this is enough to say I didn't like it, just a couple of things that would have made it more convenient.

1.침구 청결은 매우 나쁜 상태. 직원은 청결을 위해 노력하나 침구에 빈대 사체가 많이 붙어있음. 아마 먼저 다녀간 중국 관광객들이 뭍혀 놓은걸로 추정된다. 2.침대 매트리스 편안함은 전혀 없음. 딱딱하고 불편함 3.더러운 위생상태를 숨기려고 실내조명이 어두움. 4.하카타역과 가깝고 인근 편의점 써니마트 인프라 시설은 좋음. 5.숙박비용이 합리적임. 냉방 에어컨 작동 잘되고 온수는 잘 나옴

Short walk from Higashi Hie station, which is one stop from the airport. Kitchen bathroom and separate toilet all good, not the biggest but reasonable. Nice to have a sofa to sit on and a lounge area. Ok supermarket and several convenience stores near the station.

Location not very convenient for anything other than airport and Higashi Hie, really not much around. Not the most comfortable and the loft stairs felt too steep for practical use. Don't expect early check in as you cannot gain access until 4 using the entry system. Was a bit of noise at night from neighbouring room.

This is not the room I reserved. I stayed in a more affordable room for two days. Please process the refund quickly.

Because walls are very thin, it was very noisy.

Clean, washing machine and space. Location.

There is kitchen but no plate to eat neither glass nor cutlery. The beds are hard.

Location was good for a good price.

Beds were not very comfortable.
