1 good thing, I needed a few copies & the receptionist that came later did them for me for free! Location was good.

Upon check in the receptionist hardly knew English. He motioned for me to take a seat & then took the guy behind me?!?! After he was done I asked if there was a problem. He did not understand = take a seat, 10 minutes, 10 minutes!? So 20 minutes later another guy comes in. I asked if there was a problem & why he checked the guy behind me 1st. He explained that he paid online & the agent didn't know how to do a pay once you got there?!? So I go to my room & they is no T.V remote & no trash can. In the morning the microwave didn't work, they were out of syrup, the orange juice was a strange color & I heard people complain about the coffee being awful strong.
