The night auditor was nice and really tried to accommodate us. The location was awesome and I booked it because of the name recognition. But if this is the product they're putting out, shame on them!

The room was old and the lamps didn't work. The bathtub didn't look clean. It had not been dusted or swept in centuries. It was not well kept as a property. It truly needs serious renovation. The bed made a noise like lying on top of a filing cabinet every time I moved.

"Not Worth It"

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! They gave us a room that wouldn’t unlock, when we finally got a room that would unlock the main light and 2 of the lamps weren’t working. For light we had to use the vanity light and one small lamp on the far side of the room. The lobby floors were disgusting and tracked with some hard orange substance, and it smelled very weird. The room had a microwave, didn’t work. A refrigerator, that was on and wouldn’t cool anything. The bathroom door had a slice through it as though someone tried to chop it down, along with a dirty tub, and the front door had scrap marks from the door handle, as well as a piece of wood missing from the door. After no longer than 30 minutes in the room we got the $20 early check in fee back, and the $20 random fee, but we were not helped as far as the rest for the room.
