Hotel is great. Service, stuff, pool…everything is super. Clen and peacefull place, but still near the town centre where you can find everything for every ages. Beds are wonderfull :)

While the view is magnificent if you get the beach view rooms, I would definitely not rate this as a 4 stars hotel. I have never seen a 4 stars hotel charge a fee to use the safe (5€ per day) in the room or charge for coffee pods (they only put 2 as a “gift” for the first night & 1€ per extra pod) This is a 3 stars hotel. The furniture or decor is mediocre but fine. The staff is quite kind and helpful. If you do take parking here, the parking is like 7 minutes walk and it is 25€ per day. Check pricing for cheaper full day public parkings before booking parking with them (50€ deposit for the monitor as well lol)

Huge comfortable bed. Lovely balcony space with beach view! Facilities great. Relaxing roof top space with pool, great for cooling off! Friendly, helpful staff! Located at quieter side of town.

The hotel is clean, near the ebach on the first line on the very quiet part of Lloret. The Staff is very professional. The food is extra. I can highly reccomend this hotel.

Lovely location, food couldn’t be faulted, breakfast all eggs cooked fresh and how you want them. Bacon sausages all cooked when you ordered them, same as evening meal, all meats cooked when you requested them. Rooms very nice, only down side, no drawers, and no kettle. Coffee pod machine in room. Bed gigantic, very comfortable.

Our third visit,booked directly with the hotel and they even accommodated our date change with no charge. Perfect location and friendly staff. Previous visits were May but found June to be extremely busy in restaurant area in the evening. Ate at hotel 4/7 nights due to crammed restaurant. Booked standard rear street room . Aircon was a blessing with doors closed for a good sleep due to loud noise from outside into the early hours. Breakfast was delicious and love the fresh items available. Didn’t use upstairs pool area this time because no parasols and weather was 30degrees each day. There is shade area to rear of pool area to use but not sunbed area. Bedroom has large wardrobe and shower room perfect.definitely will return and upgrade to front bedroom,shame can’t book in advance for next year.

Small but nice, great location, staff excellent, food good. Room clean and functional. From receptionist to the restaurant staff all friendly and helpful. Quiet as no children and only 72 rooms. Easy access to beach and shops etc. overall very good.

Nice clean comfortable rooms plenty of clothes space, good food, staff very helpful and friendly would definitely stay here again location is central too and the roof top pool is relaxing not big but always managed to get a space and over the road to the beach what more can you ask for

Very clean hotel, room with balcony was lovely. Fresh towels every day. Housekeeping staff very friendly. We found the location of the hotel to be noisy until very late at night and we closed patio doors to sleep. Our biggest negative about the hotel was the restaurant and bar area is small, found it cramped and rushed during busy times, felt more like a canteen experience, just wanted to finish our meal and leave. Despite this the food choice was great, very varied selection every day. Good quality ingredients, some items cooked to order which was great at breakfast. Although we didn't use it the pool area and roof top deck looked really nice, very clean. Overall would definitely recommend.
