De locatie.

De airco deed het niet en het raam kon niet open, omdat deze op slot zat. De receptionist had geen sleutel om het slot te openen om het raam open te doen. Bij 34 graden overdag en ruim 20 graden 's nachts was het daardoor bloedheet op de kamer en hebben we nauwelijks geslapen.

Gutes Hotel und alle freundlich. Für Kurztrip ok. Gute Lage , nette Bar

Bisschen düster die Wände aber alles Geschmackssache.

L’emplacement, la propreté et le petit déjeuner

Check in désastreux, 1h30 pour avoir accès à la chambre avec une file de 50 personnes sans clim. La température extérieure était de 33 degrés, une fois arrivés dans la chambre c’était un four, clim inexistante. Nous faisons part de ceci à la réception à plusieurs reprises, excuses bidon (le technicien a été prévenu, l’hotel est plein, il fait trop chaud,… ), on nous apprend comment régler la température. Aucun geste de la part de l’hotel, nous attendons un geste de booking. Si c’est un hotel « planet friendly » qui ne veut pas utiliser la clim ILS DOIVENT LE PRECISER!!!! C’est tout simplement INADMISSIBLE!!!

Loved the location, the staff and the furnishing. The bar of the hotel is pretty cool!

The glass bathrooms aren't that nice but I guess its a new trend recently

Die Lage war gut, die Zimmer waren sauber und nett.

Die Baustelle vor dem Hotel mit Baubeginn um 7.00 Uhr war sehr störend. Der Check-In hat lange gedauert, obwohl ich bereits online eingecheckt hatte musste ich mich in eine lange Warteschlange stellen. Die Mitarbeiter waren mäßig bemüht den Check-in Prozess zu beschleunigen.

I was given the room 218 with a non functioning Air conditioner. After reporting this to you at the reception and asking for a solution you said to me to keep patience and wait for the evening, the air conditioner was suppose to start working and the room to cool down. Of course this did not happen as we had 35 degrees temperature outside. If you knew that you had problems with this you should have informed me at once and not sell me a story. I appreciate the staff who I nicely gave me a ventilator in the evening. This however does not solved the problem. I paid for a room with a functioning air conditioner. I hereby request for a refund.

Wir übernachten immer sehr gerne hier, wenn wir in Düsseldorf sind: die Lage ist toll, man ist schnell auf der Kö und in der Altstadt. Es gibt eine Parkgarage, in der man für faires Geld parken kann. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich (diesmal besonders Tin). On top hatten wir diesmal ein Zimmerupgrade bekommen, das war natürlich ganz besonders toll!
