Wellness Santa Hotel - Adults Only

Impressive view with more tone and accent set on Roman dynasty. I had a nice stay was there for a business convention. Enjoyed the greek food and love the vibe specially when visiting the surrounding. Great people and charm makes you feel at home!

Beautiful hotel, immaculately clean! Staff super polite and attentive. Stay for 5 days at the resort. Big let down is the breakfast, everyday the hot buffet items were cold and even though I complained nothing was done to rectify the situation. No iron in room and asked at reception, who said “there’s a charge for use of the iron as it’s a 5 star hotel” How ridiculous!! Even a 2 star hotel would have an iron you could borrow for nothing! Do they expect guests to bring their own, if so why is this not stated on booking.com A point to note which was a real disappointment was there’s no lunch served in the 2 restaurants. Even the pool bar doesn’t do snacks or food so you have to go across to the beach to a local tavern (average) but need to get dressed from your swimwear to eat there. How absurd not to have lunch served in a so called 5 star hotel !!!! The bed is beautiful looking but incurred a very uncomfortable back aching 4 nights which my partner and I did not appreciate. We have never experienced back pain before from a hotel bed until now!

Hotel was very nice, beautifully decorated and rooms and guest areas were all scrupulously clean. We arrived early after contacting the hotel but were told on arrival there was a 20 euro early check in fee! There was also no lunch available in the hotel, from either of the two restaurants or the pool bar ( which doesn’t do snacks or meals at all). There was also no iron in the room and when we asked reception for an iron we were told there was a fee to use the iron. The breakfast buffet is extensive and looks very nice but all the ‘hot’ dishes are cold as the servery is not heated. A nice hotel but let down by simple things definitely not 5 Star.

Alles war super, nur 20 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Der Strand bietet kostenlose Liegen, Sonnenschirme und Strandtücher. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Das Frühstück war köstlich. Der Pool war sauber.

A beautiful hotel, loved the outdoor pool and room with a direct view of the beach. Beach is literally at the front of the hotel. Hotel has spa but unfortunately I cannot rate it higher than 1 because I went there to book a massage around 3 times and there was no one there. Then I called them but no one answered. I reported it to the reception and they said that someone the spa would call me but no one did. So overall the Spa facility was missing from the hotel which was a real shame because this was partly the reason we booked this hotel. All other features and facilities of the hotel were good and appreciated.

I booked a stay at Wellness Santa Hotel in 24 May 2025 with the intention of relaxing, especially at the spa center, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was told that the spa was closed except swimming pool — something that had not been mentioned on the hotel’s website or during the booking process. Adults-Only Policy was Clearly Stated on the booking page- Both days over the weekend there were wedding celebrations with a lot of noise and music at high decibels until 24:00, including screaming babies. Our hotel room had a view of the hotel lobby, where the noisy parties lasted for two days. There was a lack of staff in the restaurant; on Sunday evening, after we placed our order and waited for an hour, we were informed that the kitchen had closed. This was incredibly disappointing experience. I hope the hotel improves transparency with future guests.

Beautiful hotel, I loved my stay

Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Vom Frühstück bis zum Service war alles wie beschrieben. Einziges Manko, wenn man gerne einen Balkon nach außen hätte, dann sollte man keine Economy Zimmer buchen, da dieses nur einen Balkon in das Hotel rein hat. Ansonsten war alles wie auf den Bildern. Das Hotel, sowie der Pool waren wie auf den Bildern beschrieben und der Service war einwandfrei. Vielen Dank! :-)
