Wellness Santa Hotel - Adults Only

This place is maybeeeeee a 3 star ! As a wellness spa resort … we had to tell them 3 times to turn down the loud rap/club music. I couldn’t even read my book. And this is NOT an adults only. The building is but not the pool! There was babies and kids and then 8 local teen boys paid for a day pass and were fooling around in the pool that we left. If we had the chance to switch hotels we would have asap ! Dont bother booking here. The restraint up stairs was closed (too hot) and the only place open was horrible and so much money. We are in the middle of trying to get money back as we booked this because it was adults only and it was NOT

This hotel is great in many ways but does let itself down in others. It boasts adults only, but there are currently 6 children in and around the pool. The WiFi is poor, the hotel is dated, the sun beds are dated, the lifts are always busy, the cleaners could do better, people who leave the restaurant they fail to clean their plates away On the plus side, the food is good quality, the staff are friendly, the pool area is quiet, the hotel is very big so there is a lot of outdoor space, the prices are reasonable and the rooms are tasteful although dated. The gym was also well equipped but no air con. I would stay again, but not as a solo traveller as it’s quite detached. My friend was due to be with me, but his son has a nasty accident so I came alone. Regardless of the circumstances, they wanted €160 to change the room to a double from a twin.

Arrived at 4pm and given room cards. Hotel style is opulent and regal but actually just looks tacky. Hotel room was fine and we headed out for a walk. We showered when we returned but the rainfall shower was leaking everywhere so was a dribble one side and a gush the other. Whilst trying to sort this out and also dipping in and out of the inconsistent water temperature I noticed that the shower base had filled up and flooded the bathroom. It was not draining well at all. We mopped it up best we could and let reception know when we passed. We headed to the on site restaurant which despite being empty had lots of dirty used plates and cups left on tables whilst members of staff sat around. The food we ordered was nice and the service from the staff member who looked after us was also good. There were a lot of flies. Returned to the room and the air con was off. We tried to fix it with no luck so headed back down to reception to report it. She explained it’s off between 12-6. That’s fine but it’s 7:30pm so we head to sit by the pool and she resets it remotely. The pool area is very nice. However this room was booked under the guise of ‘adults only’ and there were children playing in the pool until past 9pm. You’re either adults only or have an age limit - don’t advertise something that isn’t true. When we returned to our room the aircon had fixed. Great! But we had no lights. So it was back to reception and they came and fixed it. However after 10 minutes the power went out again. We pressed the panel and it came back..for 5 minutes. This went on and off every 5 minutes after we pressed the panel each time. My partner went to reception and said they will move us rooms so I got packed whilst he got another room key. Surprise surprise the room key didn’t work! He returned to reception and was told ‘well of course it works’. It absolutely did not, he was given a manual key. New room was fine. Only stayed for one night and if we were staying any longer than one night we would’ve left there and then. The pool area is nice enough, it was very quiet as I think most customers use the beach. Freddo cappuccino was excellent! We did not eat breakfast as the flies at dinner were off putting. Would not return nor recommend.

Santa Wellness, the heaven on the earth! The hotel we go for 15 years, first to Santa beach and later to Santa Wellness. Each time we go we are surprised by cleanness, friendliness, high standards, customer’s orientation, tasty food, comfortable beds, bedsheets, pools, beach beds, beach bars. Additional amenities like indoor poll, spa, gym, massage in a pleasantly climatized environment offers the unique opportunity to enjoy inside when temperature outside is too high. The amazing staff like Christos, reservation manager, who always remembers the every guest taste and wishes and who goes many extra mile to make unforgettable memories. Beautiful, young, smiling students or regular staff at the restaurants and bars who run around even on the extreme heat to make guest happy. Finally, Mr Savidis who tirelessly looks to every single detail and shows respect to every guest. It is absolutely the best place for someone who wants to have everything on one place to rest an enjoy. Highly recommended! I

Probably the nicest property in this area. Fabulous staff and accommodations!! If I ever come back to this area it is definitely where I will be staying

That would be a 5 star review if it wasn't for the spa experience. Really nice and clean rooms, good service, lovely beach and pool area with a bar. However at a wellness hotel I expect to use spa / cosmetical services without issues. During a nail appointment my nails were cut so bad that they were bleeding and afterwards swollen. The polish furthermore is applied as it was applied from a child*. So i highly recommend the hotel but try to avoid the spa services.

Otelin önünde müşterilere ayrılmış ücretsiz bir park yeri var. Kahvaltısı güzeldi ve çoğu otele göre çeşitliydi. Oda temizdi. Resepsiyonda bizi karşılayan personel çok yardımseverdi.

Breakfast it eas basic. Decoration it was excellent and also all materials in hotel .( Furnitures, mattress,towels ) Restaurant in 5 Floor it was Excellent and lovely view to Seaside

Place is not renewed since 1960’s. Sewer smell every time water runs through drain system. They control temperature for room from front desk. You have no control over your climate. I had dinner at sky bridge Resturant and chicken with mash potato was microwaved like elastic, mash potato was purate. This place should not be in business.
