Wellness Santa Hotel - Adults Only

Terrible customer service… Non-existent actually. Not worth the high price tag. Definitely not 5 stars. Not enough food options, no spa therapies during peak season. Very cheap with their air conditioning. Lobby and hallways are piping hot during heat wave outside. Weird place. I travel to this area frequently and Will never set foot here again.

I've probably stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times now, this time i took my sister in law. She loved it. It's a fab place that feels like it's not been fully exploited by tourism. Staff are as helpful as you can imagine, always smile and do what they can to make your stay as lovely as possible. Breakfast is outstanding, bar snacks in the day are very good value and taste delicious. There is a water bus that runs from the jetty a few times a day and returns. Perfect for a little trip into the city so no need to get a taxi too!

This was our 3rd stay here, after last year , some things have improved, others haven’t. The breakfast is better but still room for improvement ( cold eggs, and food quality needs improvement,). The pool/ beach towels fiasco is a bit undermining (10€ deposit required ) before the pool attendant would replace the towels, unfortunately now this can only be done at reception. The bride resturant was closed during our entire stay, regardless of the hotel being full. Charging an additional €30 euros for an extra few hours late check out, despite booking 4 rooms , is penny pinching. The hotel next door now has the same name, and people staying at that hotel were using this hotel for breakfast and the pool area, as a result it became very crowded. Otherwise great stay

Hotel is old and dusted. I was aware upfront that it would not be, as it says, a 5 stars...but i wasn't even 4stars worthy.... Staff was ok, but like the hotel itself not as is hould be for a hotel for 4stars. Breakfast buffet was ok, but nothing special. One would say, at least one would expect to get fresh coffee and not instant from the machine. Guests were not following the hygiene anti covid rules of the hotel, no mask wearing when being at the buffet etc. Nobody of the waiters cared. Music from the pool area was running until 11 in the evening and really annoying through the day. Gym is pretty big and has everything one could hope for, but hygiene,as through the whole hotel, not present at all. Furniture is all worn out. Area around the hotel is dirty. Real disappointment

Hotel is never ever 5stars, breakfast is more like 3 stars. Covid restrictions are not followed by most of the guests (no masks etc) and nobody of the staff says something. No coffee machine or water heater on the room. Everything of the furniture is a piece of lookalike. The gym is great but opens at 11am... Never seen before that a gym opens that late.

It was amazing for the price! Our other hotel fell threw last minute and we just spent a night there before our flight. It was really nice to walk on the beach and the water was very calm and easy to swim in. The pool looked nice, but we stayed at the ocean. We did not do all inclusive because our stay was short and there were some beach restaurants just a short walk away or you can eat at their restaurant. The breakfast was very good. The decorations inside the hotel were not my style, but I was very happy with the hotel! The staff was very nice and helpful.
