"Exceptional"

Highlights are the spa, beachside lounge chairs and stunning pool. Helpful and friendly staff. Only downside is that the breakfast isn’t the most incredible, some days disappointing—but if those expectations are managed, all is wonderful, especially the views!

"Wllness Santa hotel's August 2020 review"

I spent 4 days in this hotel. Met 2 locals who said it's the best hotel in the area, but i wouldn't give it 5 stars. Pros: Room cleaning was exceptional. Very close to the beach. Cons: Even as a hotel guest you need to pay 5 euros for the sunbed (what includes drink), so if you decide to leave for several hours and then come back you pay 5 euros again. Breakfast was RUBBISH. I couldn't even eat it. Expensive - coffee 4.50 euros. ( in the nearby taverna it was 2 euros) The territory of the hotel was super nice, but as soon as you leave it's rubbish just like 20 meters from the hotel. There are no proper road right outside of the hotel. Anyone can enter and leave the hotel as there are no security. The taxi can't get to the hotel entrance, as no one cares to open the gate.

Hotel is very new. Furniture not really my style but... that’s not an issue. Before booking I called the hotel to check the availability of early check in. Was told that it would not be a problem. Having arrived it became a problem and had to wait for the room. Beds were extremely soft and if you have any back problems make sure you avoid this place. Bathroom was not properly done. Taps settings are different in the shower and the sink. Hence opening the tap in the sink to the left gives you hot water and doing the same in the shower gives you cold. Not handy at all. Then the water does not drain properly and it leaked outside the tub and the whole bathroom was flooded. Hotel management failed to resolve the problem and the manager was extremely rude. Breakfast staff were NICE. Lastly air cooling system failed as well.

Very nice brand new hotel w the beach right in front. Good service. Very gaudy and "poor taste" lobby furniture.

It is a different style. They tried to do something unique and they made it the negative way. Good breakfast though.
