I visited earlier this week and it was shoulder season so most things were closed however the hotel is wonderful in my view. However, most wonderful thing was the gentleman that checked in on Monday at 12 ish and checked me out and 11 on Tuesday - his manner was perfect -,and the resort should ensure this employee is quite clearly congratulated on his service . Well done all .

I sent 2 email to booking .com to ask if the skiing is still open for the dates I was reaching, I got no response, I got to know there is no skiing for which we booked the place. 2. you just cancelled the booking without any notice, you sent an email, which I missed, when I reached there then I get to know my booking was cancelled without my awareness, which is such a bad stressful situation to be with when your r with 2 young kids in a different country., I had to pay almost 100 more for the same stay. which is not acceptable when I made the booking more than a month ago? the representative could do nothing. which was a horrible customer service experience3. no air conditioner was working, and nobody were able to sleep, even after complaining we were sent a small table fan, which made no difference. I paid 250 4 a night for not being able to sleep. That is not acceptable. overall, the worst experience

"Beautiful Property in Alaska!"

Amazing upgraded suite and tram to 7-Glaciers was incredible. Beautiful property and scenery and the spa was 10/10. Staff needs to know hours of operations for outlets during off-season. Almost everyone we encountered when asking what was open had no clue.
