It’s more home feeling

Horribly, horrifying first the hallways to get to the room smelled so bad-like wet feet and pee. It was a maze to get to our room 245 I swear we must have been on the death row block. All night i heard loud voices, thing and people being thrown into the wall. Sounds of something playing with door, there was no phone to call down stairs. The counter/desk area was dirty with crumbs and the bathroom toilet was stained, the bathroom door was dirty n knob was sticky. Thankfully it was only a couple hours for rest

Could not stay. No available rooms.

Staff was nice. The quality of hotel didn’t reflect the price of the room. Pretty over priced.

The bed was not comfortable at it was very squeaky, everytime you rolld over it squeequed a lot.

We were there for our son’s baseball tourney

Hotel is so complicated and confusing cannot find stairs or elevators and room numbers are not easily found. Smell in the room is so weird, it seems people are smoking in the hotel. Bathroom is not maintained properly.

Couldn’t use carts to load belongings because people getting evicted had them full of their stuff. Camped out right inside main doors so it was difficult to get into the lobby.

The staff at the front desk were great, but somehow there must have been a miscommunication between the maintenance/cleaning people and the booking people about the rooms they had available. When we walked into our room it was like walking into a cloud of cat pee smell. It was awful. It even had a little ozone machine plugged in on the counter when we got in the room so they were aware of the issue. Of course the hotel was completely out of rooms so they gave us a can of zep odor eliminator spray. It helped for a short amount of time. They told us they could switch our rooms in the morning. We tried to deal with the smell the best we could by not being in the room except when we went to bed and then sleeping with the blankets over your head was about the only way to not smell the smell. We would have changed hotels but almost everything in the area was full or cost a fortune for what we needed. The next morning we packed our stuff and went on with our day, and when we got back they put us in a different room that was better. Room 331 needs to be completely renovated to get rid of the smell that was in it. It was unhealthy to have it as available. Like I said the front staff was amazing and had it not been for them I would have nothing good to say about this place.
