MainStay Suites Omaha Old Mill

Not much

We were told we could check in an hour and a half early. We couldn’t so they said give a half hour no problem we go eat and come back an hour later still no clean room ready. We wait another half hour

Breakfast was goid

It's clean and comfy and the price is right. You can bring a few groceries and get a good night's sleep.

Poor cleanliness throughout the building and room. I have stayed at this place twice a Staff were nice.

It was nice.

The man who checked us in was wonderful.

Rundown, dirty,smelled overwhelming of pot.

We had a reservation for 2 days. Check-in was fine. Walked into the room and the smell was absolutely horrible. We could not stand to be in the room so we cancelled our stay for the second night. We were just going to tough it out and stay the first night but after an hour we all felt sick and left, had to find a new hotel to stay at. The manager said we wouldn’t be charged for the second night. Looked at my bank account and of course we were charged for both nights…and I have yet to receive a call back from their manager.

It was a spacious kitchenette and the staff was the friendliest

No daily maid service

Room was not only not clean when we got to our but had been absolutely trashed. Front desk said they had 2 singles that they would give us at a discount. We said we'd take them for the price of the 1 double room we had booked. They then found an available double room. We had also paid online and they charged our card again at check in.
