BRI had a disappointing experience at this hotel. I prepaid for my stay online in advance. However, during check-in, the front desk charged my card for the exact same amount all over again. When I noticed the duplicate charge and brought it to their attention, the reception staff refused to issue a refund. They took my money twice and showed zero interest in fixing their own mistake.
