Looks very run down, lots of cracks and chips and scuffs all throughout the hotel and the rooms. Can’t guarantee a parking spot but the car park was over full and make turning round really tricky. Quite expensive for a very basic night stay.
GBVery poor and rundown room considering we paid £200 for one night. Toilet kept blocking, no soap or anything in the bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable and not much to the bedroom. Very disappointed with our stay. Staff on reception were very unhelpful and there is very little parking at the hotel. Paid £7.50 to park for 5 minutes when we first checked in then went to explore Edinburgh as most people would and when we came back there was no parking spaces available, staff told us it was our fault for leaving after having a space. Offered no help so we had to pay to park elsewhere and they offered no refund.

Room was dirty the floorboard were not screwed into the floor so jumped up and down and creaked every time you walked. The door didn’t fit the doorframe, beds were uncomfortable like sleeping on springs. A tower fan in the room was thick with dust and turned on when we arrived.
