The room was in the basement with no windows and the passage down there is scary with corners. Tv was not working

There was mould in the sink, the electric heater in the room had a plug where one of the prongs was MELTED this was just plugged into the wall soon arrival, couldn’t see a thing out our window because it was all white stuff, glasses at breakfast were all filthy
