The hotel was lovely, clean, modern, spacious room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating especially the young man who helped with taxis and bags. They couldn’t have done any more to help. The hotel is a little way out of town but it’s only 10mins in a taxi to the main square and about 10soles/£2

The hotel was located a bit away from the cultural center of Arequipa, so, if you are there to sightsee, it will be a bit far from all the tourist attractions. The staff, especially those in the reception, is attentive and helpful. If you have any questions you have about Arequipa or where to go, they will be on top of it to help out.

It's just inside the City Center but far from places tourists would want to visit, so definitely budget extra time to get to attractions. No shopping or other dining options around the property. Isolated place. Just a tiny coffee shop next to the Clinic. Okay if you are on a business trip but not otherwise. What I liked was the helpfulness of the front desk staff, including Amador and Jean Carlos and Max. Not so great - I asked for a 2:15 am wakeup call for my Colca Canyon Tour and got a 1:15 am wakeup call.
